What exactly counts as one digest?
One successful full-thread analysis equals one digest. If an analysis fails for any reason, nothing is deducted from your quota.
Do Ask AI follow-up questions use my digests?
No. Follow-up questions in the Ask AI panel (up to 5 per opportunity) don't count toward your digest quota. Only full thread analyses do.
Do the 3 free digests expire or reset?
The free plan includes 3 digests total, with no expiry date and no credit card required. They're yours until you use them.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Install the extension, and when you're ready, click Upgrade in the side panel. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. The whole process takes about a minute.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the extension through the Stripe customer portal at any time, with no cancellation fee. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
What's the refund policy?
All subscription fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to evaluate the service with the 3 free digests before upgrading. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. See our Terms of Service for details.
What happens when I use all 200 Pro digests in a month?
Your counter resets at the start of each calendar month. 200 digests is roughly 6–7 analyses every single day — more than enough for heavy research use.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
What data do you process?
Only the publicly available Reddit content of the thread you ask us to analyze, and only when you click Digest. We don't store thread content after processing and never sell personal information. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
