How do I install Reddit AI Digest?

Visit the Chrome Web Store, search for "Reddit AI Digest", and click "Add to Chrome". The extension will be installed automatically.

Why isn't the Digest button appearing on Reddit?

Make sure you're on a Reddit post page (not the subreddit listing). Try refreshing the page. If the button still doesn't appear, check that the extension is enabled in Chrome's extension settings (chrome://extensions).

How many free digests do I get?

Free users get 10 digests total. Once you've used all 10, you'll need to upgrade to Pro for unlimited access. Sign in with Google to track your usage across devices.

Why is the analysis taking a long time?

Analysis time depends on the number of comments in the thread. Posts with hundreds of comments may take 10-15 seconds. If it takes longer than 30 seconds, try refreshing and trying again.

Can I use Reddit AI Digest on NSFW posts?

No, Reddit AI Digest does not process NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. This is to comply with content policies and ensure appropriate use of AI services.

How accurate are the AI-generated summaries?

Our AI provides helpful summaries, but they may not capture every nuance or may occasionally misinterpret context. We recommend using digests as a starting point and reading important comments directly for critical decisions.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Click the "Manage Subscription" button in the extension's side panel when signed in. This will take you to the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel your subscription. Your Pro access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. We encourage you to fully utilize the free tier (10 digests) to evaluate the Service before upgrading. If you experience technical issues, contact support@redditaidigest.com and we'll help resolve them.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We only process publicly available Reddit content when you request it. We don't store Reddit content after processing, and we never sell your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

What happens if I sign out?

Signing out clears your local authentication. If you're a free user, your usage count is stored in your browser and may reset. Pro subscribers can sign back in to restore their subscription status.

Does Reddit AI Digest work on mobile?

Currently, Reddit AI Digest is only available as a Chrome desktop extension. Mobile browser extensions are not supported by Chrome on Android or iOS.
